Mixing is part of the creative process, though 80% of the final sound is achieved with quality production and recording before mixing. It’s important to note that mixing is not fixing. I am happy to discuss editing services for an additional fee.

Step 1: Email rough mix/mixes to info@daveransom.com. Mp3’s work best at this stage.

Step 2: Schedule a discovery call so we can discuss the project.

If after our conversation we both agree to the project, follow the instructions below to submit files for mixing.

Instructions for submitting files:

1. All files must be in at least 44.1 kHz sample rate format (preferably 48 kHz), and at least 24 bit-depth.

2. All files must be either WAV or AIFF file format. No mp3’s at this point.

3. Have all individual tracks edited with clean fades, tuning, and alignment. If you need editing for an additional fee, just ask.

4. Send zipped file/files via WeTransfer to info@daveransom.com.
